Customer Phone List Need Filter Open Cases Only

I have a macro based on a customer phone list with alphabetical buttons that
I need to filter on a text field named Case Open or Closed.
Yes or No is entered into the field. Yes when a case is opened and No when
closed.
I tried to copy the macro, but couldn't paste it here. Too large I think.
Please help.
