Customer Properties Timeout

Using Visio 2002 - When entering custom properties Visio will time-out
erasing all typing on the current property that has not yet been confirmed
with Enter Key. Anyway to shut this time out off or set the time out value
longer? Users keep complaining that data disappears and old data that was
supposed to be typed over comes back etc.
