Customer review section

Julian Campbell

I am really quite new to web design. I have decided to buy a template for
speed and ease, But I would like to add a customer review section to various
pages on the site. How could I do this or where could I go to download the
right info

Thanks

Julian

First, whatever you do, do not use Publisher for you website. Second,
seriously consider a non-Microsoft product for web design.
Dreamweaver is well regarded (I do not use it). There are others out
there.

You know I have Publisher but I rarely use it for web pages. I think that if
you can afford it that you should get Dreamweaver. I have it and I think its
the best html program and I use more than one. You can use other programs -
heck you can design a page in Notepad!

If I understand your post you want to add a customer's review of your product
to a webpage - meaning that you want the review to appear on the products page
itself as opposed to having a page where all the reviews are posted no matter
which product it is (which would be easier).

Correct me guys if I'm wrong but wouldn't this have to be added manually?

I mean maybe in theory you could do this but the page would have to be in some
kind of message board format where a person who wants to post a review would be
able to add their review theirselves.

Normally something like a review section would be run out of a database with
forms and server side scripting.
