Customisation of Outlook XP

Hi All
Hope someone can help, a friend of mine has changed the blue bar, the bar
that shows which email is currently active, they have changed this bar from
Blue to Orange.
I am using Office XP and using Outlook to receive and send emails. How can
the active email bar be changed from BLUE to ORANGE or some other colour???
Not to sure what the actual bar is called but I sure you will know what I am
refering to......

You mean the a "selection"? Outlook doesn't hold that option. When you make
a selection in Explorer is it orange as well? If so than it is set through
Windows;
Control Panel-> Display-> tab Appearance-> button Advanced-> Items: Selected
