Customise Message flag names

Dear all

Is there a way of customising the msg flag colours/names.
IE. a yellow flag might read 'Management Issues', and Red
flag 'Virus Issues'. This will mean that I won't have to
remember what each colour flag is for. I don't mind if it
keeps the colours but if I could change the text that
would be great.
