Hi,
I have searched and read responses for similar questions but have been
unable to achieve the advise on outlook-tips.net.
I want to apply Automatic formatting to all folders so that messages from X1
is blue and messages from X2 are red and so on.
Using outlook /cleanviews does reset the views for all folders but then
modifying View > Arrange by > Current view > Define views > Messages to
include the Automatic formatting does not replicate to the other folders.
I am not 'selecting' a folder when outlook opens but the Custom View
Organiser still says "Views for folder: "<individual folder>":". I assume
this is why the views are not replicated to other folders, its by design not
to?
Could someone clarify this? I think i am missing something obvious because
MVPs responding to other posts seem very confident this works.
Thanks all,
Mike.
