customised menus disappear

I have a recurring problem with Vision 2003. I set up customised menus,
including new toolbars. The nex time I open Visio there are there, BUT the
next time they are not! Our IT support has re-installed Visio on my machine,
but the problem persists...any suggestions?

Other users have found that uninstalling Adobe Acrobat or upgrading to a
newer version solves this problem.

Thanks Mark- it did work.
It seems a pity to have to do this however, although all that is actually
required is stopping Adobe's access to Visio specifically
