Customised toolbars - Office 2003

annev

I am using Office 2003. I am able to add icons to the standard toolbars or
create new customised toolbars. But I lose them when I close my computer.
Is there a setting somewhere I need to change or is there another problem I
need to look at?

Thank you.

Sounds like you have a corrupt outcmd.dat file Close Outlook, rename the one you find to .old and then reopen Outlook. REcreate your toolbars and see if it sticks this time.
