Customising Fields

Is it possible to customise the Baseline Cost field? I have tried via Tools,
Customise, Fields and although Cost is specified as a type, Baseline Cost is
not included in the list. Currently it allows me to overtype any of the
baseline cost fields and does not rollup the figures to the summary tasks.

PJ,
What do you want to customize in the Baseline Cost field? You can
customize the data presented in the Baseline Cost field but you cannot
do it IN the Baseline Cost field, you will need to use a spare field
(e.g. Cost1). The only customizable fields in Project are the spare
fields because these are the only fields that are "user only" fields. In
other words, the Project application manipulates the data in all fields
except the spare fields. Although some fields also allow the user to
modify the data entered by Project the built-in fields are not
customizable.
