Customising my signature in Outlook

How do I use a custom colour for text in my Outlook signature? At the bottom
of the drop down list there is "custom". If I select this I get black. How do
I define what "custom" is?

beside the drop down list there is the letter A, click on that u will get
the list of all the colours from where u can define the colour
