Customising Templates

I have a FreeHand document a client gave me of a fact Sheet Template and
they want me to create the same template in word. Header and Footer, no
problem! Heading and subheading in a blue box and then the text as 2
column. My problem is... I can't seem to have the blue box heading text
without affecting the next page. I don't need the Heading and subheading to
appear on the follower and I need the 2 column text to start from the top of
the page on the follower. Is there an easy solution to the problem? I just
want my client to be able to open the document enter their Heading and
sub-heading and then start typing...

This might be easier than you think. If you are using Word's header and
footer, simply choose "Different first page" in the toolbar.
