Hullooo
I'm trying to customise views in Outlook 2003 (SP2) for incoming mail based
on the sender's e-mail address.
To help me explain this better I'll use the following example: When the
sender's email address contains the letters "AB", the message should be
highlighted in red.
I can do this where outlook displays the senders e-mail address in the
"FROM" line
e.g. (e-mail address removed)
However, when FROM displays the senders display name, the message is not
highlighted
e.g. Joe Bloggs (even though his e-mail address is (e-mail address removed))
I'm applying these settings through "Automatic Formatting..." from the
customise "View:Messages" window.
Any help is much appreciated!
