Hello,
Is it possible to customize the UI for My Tasks out of box web part. We want
to achieve following customization:
1. To change the look and feel of the web part
2. Change the positioning of some buttons in web part and hide some buttons.
3. Rename the column headers with custom text for certain existing column
headers.
4. Not to display data in columns if the category of the project = “Supportâ€.
5. Not to display the default timephased view however show 1 week at a time.
Is it possible to modify the existing My Tasks web part to change the look
and feel and make the above mentioned customizations. Lot of functionality
need to be reused out-of-box and hence want to customize the existing web
part and NOT create a new custom web part.
