Customization of MS Outlook 2003

I need to customize 'New Meeting Request' feature of MS Outlook 2003 .
I need to add an additional
Tab called 'Meeting Facility Details' under 'New Meeting Request'
section.
On this new tab page, meeting organizer can select meeting room from
the available list of rooms, he also can
enter various facilities(Projector,Intercomm etc.) required during the
meeting.
Please can anyone tell me as to how to go about this using .net/office
sdk/any other.
