Customize a look up list for %completed field on PWA?

Our team members want have a pull-down list (25%,50%,75% and 100%) for option
at [% completed] field on <PWA_My Assignments> view and at [Percent
Completed] field on <Assignment Details> View. I am wondering where can I
associate a lookup table with these Fields?

You cannot associate a lookup field to an out of the box field like [%
Complete]

You would have to creat a custom number task field that uses a lookup field.
If you need that to update the % complete, you would need to write some
macro to copy the data over or use a PSI call to do that.
