customize account list

I just migrated from 2004, now the account list is spaced differently and all accounts and folders are not viewed without scrolling down. Reducing font size helps a little too but does not solve the problem until the account names are too small to read. How can i adjust the spacing of the items in the account list which is larger than in 2004? (or delete calendar and address book from that list (will help a little bit but not solve the problem)

New to Entourage 2008 is your default account is not listed at the top of
the folder window. Most Exchange users really like this feature.

I have lots of folders and leave them all open. I use the Favorites bar to
easily access my favorite folders. If you have more folders than the bar
will allow, just put the root folder and that will, at least, take you to
the folder quickly.

Just drag the folder to the Favorites Bar. More info in Entourage Help.
Search "Add a folder to the Favorites Bar."
