customize contact fields?

Hi,

I'm a realtor and want to customize my clients contact information.
I want to create fields such as price, move in date, parking etc.
How do I create these and have them show up on the address card in the
General Tab?
Is there a way I can customize what fields are displayed and add my new
fields that I create?
