Customize default query results

Hello!

I'm looking for any ideas on how to do this.

I have a form allowing user's to run weekly reports. The
user's need to see the results of the various queries they
are running but I need to be able to customize the results
they see to make them more user friendly, example: I need
to include a description of what the delete or update is
doing and how many records this will affect.

The form has command buttons they can click on to process
queries (delete or append).

Hi,
What is the code you are presently using behind the buttons?
Are these saved queries that are being run or are you building them
dynamically?
