customize menu disappears when word closes

I just installed office2003 on a new machine. I tried customizing my menu's
and it worked fine, but the customization disappeared when I closed and
reopened word.

Any ideas

Please ignore this post - I have acrobat7 installed. Saveall fixed the
problem.

The latest update of Acrobat 7 seems to have finally nailed the problem
