Outlook 2003 should permit the customization of message signing and message
encryption by target email address. In the Contacts folder, for each email
address, I should be able to specify that messages destined to that email
address will be unsigned, signed, or encrypted, and if signed or encrypted,
to designate the specific digital certificate to be used to sign or encrypt
such messages.
For example, I may wish to encrypt messages sent to my office using a
corporate digital certificate, to encrypt messages sent to a family member
using a personal digital certificate, to sign messages to one mailing list
using a personal digital certificate, and to send unsigned messages to
another mailing list (some mailing lists do not accept signed messages).
