Customize Notebook Templates

Does anyone know if it is possible to customize a new notebook template? I
use the same number of tabs with the same headings and have to add pages &
type page headings each time. I would like to create a template with this
already done.

Dan has a blog post with instructions for creating notebook templates
here:

The basic idea is you'll want to make a new notebook that looks like
your template, and save it as a .onepkg file in the right spot. You can
then use that template when you create new notebooks.
