I am looking at using VISIO 2007 but can't make certain things happen:
1- Use an indicator in the data, a Y in a particular column, to indicate
that I want that person to be a "top of page"
2- I am looking at succession planning. The format I need is that on each
chart, as separated indicated above, the person we are looking at is the top
box. The next row are that person's direct reports. The next rows down
under each direct report are potential successors for that person. The data
is captured in an excel export showing the reporting relationship using
employee ID number in one column, and those that they are succeessors for in
another column.
Can anyone help?
