customize outllook today doesn't respond to click.

I just purchased a new computer and most things work well, but I can't get
the customize outlook today link to activate. Did I not install everything
or is there a file missing?

WOW! I wasn't ready for such a great reply. Thanks a lot for your input.
Yes it is Office 2000 and I can see why it doesn't work and what to do about
it. I have been reinstalling, moving files, copying stuff and in general all
of the work that must be done to make a new computer take over where the old
computer had performed and I think I will just rest for a while before I
tackle this housekeeping chore.

After I regain my sanity, I will use the excellent advice yu have provided.
