"Customize Outlook Today" button not working.

Recently the Customize Outlook Today button quick working
for me. When I Click on the button, is shows and being
depressed but nothing happens. This has worked in the
past with no problems. Has anyone seen this before?

Wow! Surprised no one has responded to this. If you are
using Outlook 2000, the probably cause is a Windows Update
that affects Internet Explorer. This was elucidated in KB
Article 820575. Try this:

Close Outlook
Read Disclaimer

Backup Registry
Open the Registry Editor (Start>Run, regedit; hit Enter)
Go to HKey Local Machine\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Application Compatibility
Create a DWORD key called "Outlook.exe" and set the value
to "1"
Close Registry Editor
Launch Program
