"Customize Outlook Today" doesn't respond

I had to re-install Office 2000. Now the "Customize
Outlook Today" link doesn't respond--I click on it, and
nothing happens. Any suggestions?

I am having similar problems -- I'm trying to customize
Outlook Today (for the first time) and when I click on
"Tasks" nothing happens.
