Customize Outlook today feature not responding

In Outlook 2000, I am not getting any response when
clicking 'Customize Outlook Today' on some PCs but am
getting the customizable options to appear on other PCs.
I have only done a basic default installation of OL 2000
on all PCs. Any ideas reply to (e-mail address removed)
