customize preview panel

Hi,

I would customize preview panel in outlook.
What I want is to display the complete adress mail of the recipient.
When sender saves contacts ,outlook only display the name of the recipient :
ex: Erik MARTIN

Something like: Erik MARTIN <[email protected]> would be great.
How add <[email protected]> in the field ?
