Customize project center screen

Hello,
I need to display all projects without showing the menu bar with all the
admin options like below:

Edit | Edit Project Properties | Build Team | Resource Plan | | | |

Do I need to customize my project center screen to make those disappear ?
or by default, a user without PWA admin right will not see it ? I just want
to show a list of projects without those edit buttons.

PWA doesnt give any options to hide/display the edit buttons.

If you are using reporting services, you can create a query to list all
project info you want then display them in a report through PWA.

Another option is to create a data analysis view.

Can we hide it using sharepoint branding like we do with a regular sharepoint
site ? I haven't tried it but wonder if anyone has tried that before to
customize the look of a PWA page....the reason for this is that I have a
client requirement to have a screen with all group by /filter...option like
we have with project center screen so that admin can customize their filters,
but regular user would not see any of the admin menu.
