Customize Proposals Site

Hey everyone,

I guess we all really like the new proposal feature that comes with Project
Server 2007. Thus I hope that one of you out there can answer the following
question:

Is it possible to customize the view 'New proposal' where one fills in the
summary information (_layouts/PWA/LightWeightProjects/LWPDetails.aspx
)? Per default this pages displays all the Enterprise Custom Fields that
have been defined in alphabetical order. What we want is
a) only selected fields to show up - fields that are relevant to proposals
rather then real projects and
b) change the order of the field, e.g. have Field 3 listed before Field 1
and Field 2.

I know that this is not possible with SharePoint Designer since the PWA
sites are all locked/protected. How about Visual Studio?

Would we have to create a new, custom SharePoint site from scratch to
fulfill our needs?
