Customize Select Names Box

Is there a way to customize the field order and field
width of the select names box to comes up? This is the box
that comes up when "To..." is clicked while composing a
new mail message. I am trying to show the Display As field
for each e-mail address rather than the Display As name
for the entire contact. This is because some contacts have
multiple e-mail addresses, and I'd like to see the Display
as for that e-mail address (ie Some Person HOME versus
Some Person WORK).

Order, no. Width, yes, but only in Outlook 2003.
