Customize the contextual menus in 2007

I use to customize the standard and contextual menus according to my needs,
as many others I suppose. I don't really care to revert to 2003. I just go
with the flow but I like to choose my specific details.

Is there a way to add the buttons and commands I need to the menu shown when
I right click on a cell in 2007? 2003 used to give us this possibility.

If not, are there any 3rd party tools that do that? I already have
RibbonCustomizer Standard. Does the Pro version solve my problem?

Thanks in advance

I don't know about the right click option but I think if you ask Patrick
he'll be the one to know about it. If that option isn't there why not post a
suggestion to him might be something to consider for the next version.

The shortcut menus can be customized in Office 2007 but you need to use VBA
to do it. It's not that hard to do. If you want some examples, use Google
groups and search the newsgroups for customizing the shortcut menus for
Excel 2007:
http://groups.google.com

I'm fairly certain there are several examples for adding Paste Special to
the Cell shortcut menu so you could narrow your search results even further
if you want.

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email cannot be acknowledged.

RibbonCustomizer doesn't deal with the contextual menus. As Beth said,
you'll have to use VBA.
