customize the size of the exported tif file in visio 2002

I created a figure in visio 2002 and need to export it into a tif file with a
certain width size. I custimized the tiff output size from "tiff output
options", but it did not work. The tif picture size was much larger than the
specified size. How can I solve the problem?
