Customize the "summary of all issues web part"

Hi all,


1. I have implemented project server AND share point server in my
organization. They have been properly synchronized. Each project has a site
in SPS too.
2. I am making use of "VIEW ISSUE SUMMARY OF ALL projects" web parts
in one of the sub sites for management.
3. This works best in all the scenarios. Except when some of the view
definitions are changed from SPS project site for a particular projet site
e.g.
This part has summary shown as
Project Name , Active , Postponed , Closed
This shows the sum of issues with status values as
(1) Active (2) Postpone and (3) Closed etc.


Now the IF i want to change the view definition for this part... how
to do it?

Q1- i.e. I want those issues which are into a new custom status say
"SUBMITTED" to be shown as Active Views rather that with the status
(1) Active (as done in SPS while customizing the filters /views)
This i want to see in the "View summary of all issues"

Q2- Can i do the customization of this view (summary of all views in
all projects under ISSUES tab)... like i can modify the views
for the other views e.g. timesheet, resource allocation etc..

Can i do the customization from the code as
well? if not from the administration
