customize toolbar colours

I'm wondering if you can customize toolbar colours and
scheme in office system 2003

It is a bit frustraiting with the orange selection all
over

The Office interface takes its cues from your Windows colors. It is not
skinnable - why would a corporation (main target for this release of Office)
want skinnable features??
