When trying to rename a macro button on a Word 2003 toolbar, the changes do
not "stick". As soon as I close the "Customize" window, the buttons revert
to the old name. If I delete buttons, the changes upon closing "Customize"
may be even less predictable, buttons other than the ones deleted will
disappear. The problem is different from the much-discussed issue of
Normal.dot not being saved on exit. In my case, the changes revert, or
buttons disappear as soon as I close the Customize window. Is this also
Acrobat-related? What to do?
