Customize Toolbar - refer to which marcos

Hi there,
I just customize a toolbar within my enterprise global. This toolbar will
run marcos, which will be stored in the global. Now my questions:

Where shall I store the macros?
Which macros shall I assign? The ones in the global or the checked out global?
Is there anything special I mind care of, going live the the toolbar?

Store them in the enterprise global.
Check it out and move them into it.
Note that you will want to quit project in-between making changes to the
enterprise global to ensure that the new ones are loaded.
I've even had to delete the local global in the cache to make sure that the
change is visible.
