Hmmm...is that true of both the toolbar and the Format | Note Flags list?

yes on both: I "invented" useful flags in the formating list, but a bit later
my Tablet PC crashed because battery. After restart none of the before
created flags appeared neither on Toolbar nor in format list. I restarted
OneNote / PC and also refreshed the flags format part, without results.

And if you do a Detect and Repair (Help Menu) of OneNote then recreate the
flags do they appear?
