Customized form does not load

Hi

Can please somebody help me with this issue, I have a customized form and have number of contacts with same company, When I click on "New Contact with same Company", it loads the default form. My customized form is published to the folder which is in Public Folder and I checked the property to the folder and it indicates the new form. What am I doing wrong and how can I correct this. Thank you for your help

This is normal behavior. The "New Contact with Same Company" uses the
default contact form. A solution might be to include a command button on
your form that creates a new contact with the same company data but using
your custom form.
