Customized Forms and Importing

I have created a custom form used for contacts in MS
Outlook 2003. I have assigned it as the default for new
contacts. That works with no problems when creating new
contacts.

My 2 questions are:

1. When importing contacts from a CSV they are imported as
the default contact form and not my custom form. Can I
change this?

2. Can I change existing contacts that are using the
default Outlook Contact form to use my customized form?

1) Outlook doesn't support importing to a custom form. You'd have to write
custom code or use a third-party application. See

2) You need to change the MessageClass on the existing items to point to
your new form's class. See
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm#convert for several tools
and scripts to accomplish this.
