Customized Menu won't go away!

Greetings!
Several months ago I began using Agendus. It created a list with a
number of toolbars listed on the toolbar drop down list. I have gone
through the process of removing them twice now
(View==>Toolbars==>Customize==>Select Agendus
Toolbars==>Delete==OK==>Close menu==>restart Word). Both times the
Agendus menus reappeared. How can I remove them so that they stay
removed?
