Customized Office Shortcut Bar missing and it won't let me create a new one

I recently had my computer migrated to a new network which resulted in a new user profice located in "Documents and Settings". Previously on my office shortcut barI had a toolbar w/ shortcuts to various network drives and folders that I commonally use. When I log into the new network, the shortcut toolbar still appears, but my custom toolbar is missing. When I try to cretae it again with the same name I am told I can't becasue I deleted a folder with that name already. It then asks me if I wish to restore the previously deleted toolbar. When I say yes, it does not nothing but tell me the name is "reserved" and to "Enter a new name"

When I look at my new profie in "Documents and Setting" I located the Shortcut Folder that has a subfolder with my custom toolbar's name with all the shortcuts included in the folder. So I know that on my computer the information still exists. When I try to creat a custom tool bar using that foler (vice creating a new one) I am still told that the name is "Reserved"

I just want my toolbar that I have been using to reappear. What can I do other than recreating the same toolbar with a new name.

I had a problem like this some time ago, and it proved to be a registry
entry that was interfering. Open Regedit and go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Shortcut Bar\Toolbars.
(The 9.0 refers to Office 2000. If you have a different version, the
number will be different.)

Under that key will be a key for each defined toolbar. There should be
one for the toolbar you're trying to reconstruct. Within that subkey is a
value named Path whose data is the folder where the links for the buttons
are expected to be. If this is present but pointing to the wrong place,
you can try correcting it.

It that doesn't work, delete the subkey. (Export it first just in case
you may want to put it back if things don't work out.) Now you should be
able to create a new toolbar with the desired name and point it to the
folder where the links are. If this folder lies within an obsolete
profile, you should probably move it somewhere else first
