Customized Print Views for Printing Outlook To-Do's

I am trying to print the follow-up flags in the to-do section of outlook
2007. I would like to change the view of the printout to include columns
that are different from the current columns in the table style. Is there a
way to create a custom print style or can I change the columns in the current
table style?

Current Columns:
- Task Subject
- Start Date
- Reminder Time
- Due Date
- In Folder
- Categories
- Reminder
- Flag

Preferred Solumns:
- Task Subject
- Start Date
- Reminder Time
- Due Date
- Phone Number
- Notes

create a custom view with the fields you want - outlook should use just
those fields in the view.

Where do i go to create a custom view? I do not see that option when I was
poking around outlook.
