Customized View

I want to create a view using the portfolio analyzer with the following format:

project outline codes critical non-critical on-track total
consulting 12 3 14 29
sales 5 5 5
15
administration 1 1 3 5

This is a pivot type report so I decided to use the portfolio analyzer. Can
you help me produce this type of view or report.
