We use customized views on some mailboxes in office. They have been
disappearing. It appears the custom view is lost after doing a find in that
mailbox. Outlook 2003 SP2 on a 2000 server. The views were created in
Outlook 2000, and we have been seeing this problem since converting to 2003.
We found some documentation on doing a 'cleanviews' on outllook.exe target.
This is working to restore the view, but why are they disappearing/becoming
corrupt? Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks!
