Customizing 2007 Outlook email editor

Is there a way to customize keyboard commands in Outlook 2007 as there is in
Word 2007?
In Word 2007 Sent Left, Sent Left Extend, Sent Right and Sent Right Extend
are handy commands I would like to be able to use in Outlook. This was
possible in Outlook 2003 when Word was selected as the email editor. Even
though Word 2007 is the email editor for Outlook 2007 and these commands are
available in Word they do not appear available in Outlook (???).
If this is true is there some other way to keyboard select individual
sentences or move from sentence to sentence? Thx.

You mean the CTRL and/or SHIFT combinations with arrow keys, Home, End, Page
Up, Page Down, etc...?
They all work in Outlook as well.

They are indeed not available as individual button which you could put on
the Quick Access Toolbar as you can do in Word.

My question more generally regards assigning keyboard shortcuts to Word
commands. In Word it is possible to assign a keyboard shortcut to any one of
list of selectable Word commands.

Since Word is the email editor for Outlook my question is why is this not
possible in Outlook 2007 (particularly since it was possible in Outlook 2003).

In my circumstance I want to move the cursor (by keyboard) from sentence to
sentence, not just from paragraph to paragraph, line to line or page to page.
Thx.
