Customizing a HTML report

Hi,

I'm outputting a crosstab query to HTML using the outputto command. I know
you can use a HTML template file to customize this but is a way of removing
the queryname from the title of the document. (I don't want to create a
report first because the number of columns returned by the query can be
quite large)
