In a Gantt chart, there is a task bar and a progress bar (among other
things). The criteria for the progress bar is from the actual start date to
the 'complete through' date. This places a dark line in the task bar showing
its progress. I want to create a custom Gantt chart that is similar. The
difference is that I want the progress bar to go from the Start date (not
actual start) to a date found in an Enterprise Date field. The date found in
there is calculated.
If I put the 'complete through' date in the 'from' column, the progress line
appears. Yet if I put the calculated field in the 'from' column, the progress
line disappears, even though an actual date can be found in the calculated
field and falls within the timeframe of the task.
Since the calculated field is available in the 'from' drop-down list, I
would assume that it would use it. Does anyone know what's up?
