Customizing BCM to my industry, commercial real estate

I'd like to customize BCM "Business Contacts" and "Accounts" to the field I
work in, commercial real estate.

The forms that are installed by Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager
cannot be modified. The fields and list choices are predefined and are used
by Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager for the generation of reports
and other forms of output.
