Customizing cross-references

I'd like to be able to create custom cross-references,
rather than having to insert two different cross-
references to put in a page number and paragraph number.

In Insert>Cross-references, you only have a certain number
of choices for "Insert references to". Is there any way to
add new values to "Insert references to"?
