Customizing Font Menu

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I switch around a lot between several fonts. When I click on FONT in the menu, it has:

FONT COLLECTIONS ->
________________________
CALIBRI
CAMBRIA
_________________________
XYZ [recentlyused font]
________________________
full font list

Is there way I can get my faorite four or five fonts listed at the top where (for some reason) Calibri and Cambria are listed?
